Thank you for choosing VacaClean for your vacation rental cleaning needs. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our services. By booking a cleaning service with VacaClean, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Services

VacaClean provides residential Airbnb cleaning services as requested by hosts. Our services include turnover cleaning, linen laundering or replacement, and general maintenance as specified. We reserve the right to refuse service for properties that require deep cleaning or specialized services outside our scope.

Payments

Service Fees: All fees will be communicated at the time of booking. VacaClean reserves the right to adjust pricing based on service requirements or location.
Payment Terms: Payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed.
Late Payments: A late fee may apply to payments not received within the agreed timeframe.

Access to Property

Entry Requirements: It is the responsibility of the client to provide access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not available, the service may be canceled, and a cancellation fee may apply.
Keys and Access Codes: If providing keys, access codes, or any other entry instructions, please ensure they are accurate and up-to-date. VacaClean is not liable for loss or damage due to incorrect access information.

Liability and Damages

Property Condition: We aim to provide high-quality services, but VacaClean is not liable for pre-existing damages, wear and tear, or damage caused by natural deterioration.
Damage Reporting: If damage occurs during cleaning, VacaClean will inform the client immediately and work to resolve the issue as appropriate.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours. We will work with you to address any concerns and, if necessary, provide a complimentary follow-up visit to resolve issues.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
